Leadership Development Program Overview
Are you ready to unlock your potential as a leader and make a lasting impact in your school and community? The Youth Leadership Development Program is a transformative, four-year journey designed to help you discover your strengths, grow your leadership skills, and build confidence through hands-on experiences, community service, and mentorship.
Starting with foundational skills in 9th grade, you’ll advance each year, learning essential leadership qualities like teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making. By senior year, you’ll have the opportunity to design and lead a capstone project, mentor younger students, and collaborate with local organizations to make a meaningful difference.
Through workshops, community service projects, internships, and real-world experiences, you’ll be equipped for future success—whether in college, a career, or your community. Plus, upon completion, you may qualify for special scholarship opportunities or the Dorm Room Experience, which provides a welcoming, comfortable dorm space for you to feel at home in college.
